	Golf
Golfer (after many strokes to get out of a bunker):   “It’s a funny old game, golf”
Scots Caddy:    “Aye, but it’s no' meant to be”

Golf and gloating do not mix
So if you win by seven and six
	Apologise for what you've done
And put it down as two and one

Golf is the archetypical sport of retirees, although it  is open to question how many of them do actually  substantially reduce their handicap however much more time they have to spend on it.   However, the exercise is great!
It is a time consuming sport, so if you are going to play regularly you will want to chose a course fairly near at hand.  But one of the great pleasures of golf is to play on different courses  and enjoy new scenery and the opportunities for golfing holidays overseas.
